Terms of delivery

Delivery times:
The garden furniture sales site of the gardens of Héméra offers a wide choice of teak furniture, metal furniture and other materials, and this in the widest range of colors on the market. It is therefore difficult to have all the products in stock, which is why the lead times are about 10 days to several weeks. If, however, you have an imperative, please contact us and we will make every effort to shorten these times and deliver your outdoor furniture in the best possible conditions. We thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costs:
A flat rate of 49 euros is required for any delivery in metropolitan France. Delivery is free from an order of 300 euros TTC. For any other place of delivery of your outdoor furniture, please contact us by calling 33 (0) 4 78 44 26 02 or by e-mail: info@jardins-hemera.com
You also have the possibility to pick up your order at our showroom, 48 av Delorme 69260 Charbonnières.

Transport:
The goods, outdoor furniture and accessories, travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, regardless of the client, including when they are shipped carriage paid. It is up to the recipient, in the presence of the deliverer, to note the delays, the damage of the products, their number. In case of reservation and in accordance with articles 105 and following of the Commercial Code, it is up to the recipients to exercise their recourse against the carriers, within the legal terms and deadlines and to immediately inform the company Jardins d'Héméra.

Return of goods:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven clear days from delivery to return the product delivered for exchange or refund, without penalties, with the exception of return costs. Any postage due will be refused. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
